 Hylaeora dilucida (Felder).

 Moth found by Makira. This large moth was found at Little swamp, about 5. kms West of Pt. Lincoln. It is brown with a distinctive marking on the bottom of the fore-wing. It has large brown feathered antennae.

Samora bicolour (Walker)

 This moth was caught in the Gippsland area of Victoria during the Christmas holidays. It has a wingspan of over 5 cms.

Scythrophanes stenoptera

This moth is grey with a horned appearance. The wingspan is 3.5 cms, and was found in Autumn, on the southern outskirts of Pt. Lincoln.

 Ochrogaster lunifer (Herrich-Schaffer)

 A  Processionary caterpillar.

 This moth was found at Coffin Bay , but I have also caught them in Port Lincoln. It has dark brown forewings with cream stripes, and a very hairy tan body. Its wingspan is 3cms, and has  feathery antennae.
